- Respect Wildlife
- Be Considerate of Other Visitors
Graduates will be qualified to conduct Leave No Trace Awareness Sessions and teach Leave No Trace skillsGraduates will be qualified to conduct Leave No Trace Awareness Sessions and teach Leave No Trace skillsand ethics at all Scouting Levels. The course is for Scouts 14 years old or older and all Scouters. This isrequired training for those who wish to fill the new Leave No Trace Position of Responsibility in their unit.Participants will need a current Medical form (please identify any food allergies), personal gear for day hiking(daypack & water bottle), clothing appropriate for weather and season (sturdy walking/hiking footwear), messkit (plate/hot beverage cup/utensils), sleeping gear (sleeping bag / pad) and a tent.
Course size is limited and registration is mandatory by the deadline of Monday, April 23 rd , 2018. Pleasenote that the instructor reserves the right to cancel the course due to a lack of or insufficient enrollment.
