Avantera Elevate vs Adderall Summary: Both Avantera Elevate and Adderall are disappointments for brain health. Avantera uses two proprietary blends, making you question the safety and effectiveness of the product. On the other hand, Adderall is a drug with potential adverse reactions and is not a safe choice for long-term usage.
With that being said, if we had to choose, we’d go with Avantera Elevate, simply because it is a supplement and not a drug. But, due to all the mentioned reasons, we don’t recommend either of the two for long-term brain health.

About the Products
About Avantera Elevate
Avantera Elevate is a dietary supplement focused on brain health. It comes in a capsule form, with 60 capsules per container, enough to provide you with a one-month supply. These are the claimed benefits you’re supposed to achieve by consuming Avantera Elevate:
- Less brain fog
- Increased mental focus and energy
- Memory improvement
- Gut health support
Does it work as its claimed to? How does Avantare Elevate compare to Adderall? We’ll find out more below.
About Adderall
Adderall is a medication primarily used to increase mental focus and attention, control behavior problems, and reduce hyperactivity. It may support mood as well, but there are some major risks associated with Adderall, which we’ll talk more about in our ingredient section.
Let’s see which of the two is better by checking out the ingredient formula.
Avantera Elevate vs Adderall: Ingredients
Avantera Elevate’s Formula
Avantera Elevate, as seen from the label, uses two proprietary blends. We don’t like to start on a bad note, but a proprietary blend in a supplement is always a huge red flag. That is because the manufacturer could potentially be hiding very important information from you about the safety and effectiveness of each ingredient in the blend.
A proprietary blend means that the each individual ingredient dosage is unknown, you can only see the combined dose of all ingredients.
The only ingredients with stated dosage are Bacopa Monnieri, at 300mg per serving (150mg Bacosides), and Caffeine from Green Tea Extract at 45mg.
Bacopa Monnieri is a great antioxidant ingredient for brain health. It can boost cognition and improve short-term memory. Bacosides are compounds within Bacopa Monnieri that are credited to most benefits Bacopa provides.
Other interesting ingredients in Avantera Elevate are Lion’s Mane Mushroom, Citicoline, and L-Theanine, which can help promote relaxation and therefore reduce stress levels. The only problem with these is that they are put in a proprietary blend, meaning that we can’t see their dosage, leaving us with no clue on their effectiveness and safety.
For example, the dose of some of those ingredients could be as low as 1mg.
That said, Avantera Elevate is definitely not a promising brain supplement. Let’s see if Adderall is a better alternative.
Adderall’s Formula
The main active ingredient in Adderall are amphetamine salts. There are two stimulants inside the product; dextroamphetamine and amphetamine. According to a couple of studies, these stimulants have the potential to boost memory, increase attention, and treat behavior issues in people with ADHD.
The recommended Adderall’s daily dose is at 5-60mg per day, in divided dosages.
However, other studies show us that amphetamine can be neurotoxic. More evidence is required to be absolutely sure if these stimulants can cause major adverse reactions in the long run.
With that being said, we can’t recommend Adderall for brain health either. Considering that Adderall is a drug, is definitely not the safest option for consistent usage. It won’t be substantially effective as well. If we had to choose between the two, we’d go with Avantera Elevate, simply because it’s a supplement with mostly natural ingredients. But, neither of the two here left us happy.
Avantera Elevate vs Adderall: Safety & Quality
As we previously mentioned, being a drug, Adderall is not a safe option for long-term consumption. Avantera Elevate is not the safest option we’ve seen either. It uses a proprietary blend, meaning that each individual ingredient dose is hidden, leaving us with no clue on how safe it is.
If you’re already on medication or have a condition, talk to your doctor before taking this or any other supplement for the first time.
