Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain

We bring you another nootropic comparison. On one side, we have Dynamic Brain – a brain supplement made by Stonehenge Health, and on the other, Focus Factor – a product from a company called Synergy. They both claim to improve your cognition, memory, and focus.

Focus Factor’s and Dynamic Brain’s formula consists of various nootropics, vitamins, and minerals, and other essential micronutrients. That way, they will not only support your brain health and cognition but your energy levels and immunity as well.

The first thing that caught our eye is their long list of ingredients. Each contains almost 40 ingredients!

This is not something you see so often. Most of the supplements contain only a few active ingredients. But Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain really put in the work to make their formula impressive. At least as far quantity goes.

However, does more mean better? We are here to find out.

To see which one is better, let’s take a closer look at both. We will evaluate how good their formula is and compare it to some of the leading brands on the market. For now, let’s start with a quick summary.

Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain SUMMARY:

Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain have a pretty similar ingredient list. What makes them impressive is the fact that each of them contains around 40 different ingredients. However, that’s about it.

In terms of the nootropic formula, their doses are hidden in proprietary blends. Most likely because they are too small, which makes them ineffective. Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain do contain some good vitamins and minerals, but other than that, as cognitive enhancers they don’t perform so well.

Due to the lower price and higher doses of vitamins and minerals, Focus Factor showed to be a better option. But while it’s the ‘winner’ of this comparison, it is nowhere near leading brain supplements.

About Dynamic Brain

Dynamic Brain also claims to boost brainpower, memory, and focus. It comes in the form of capsules too. For the best results, it is advised to take two (2) capsules per day, preferably 20-30 minutes before a meal.

Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain: Ingredients

When you take a look at the ingredient list, there is a lot to see. At first, it can be pretty overwhelming.

The manufacturers of Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain weren’t stingy when they were composing their formula. They included a lot of different ingredients in it. And we mean A LOT. Each product contains around 40 ingredients!

But since Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain are both labeled as brain supplements, we are most interested in those that improve cognitive functions.

However, we are disappointed. All of these ingredients are hidden in a proprietary blend. The quantitative doses of each ingredient are hidden.

This makes it impossible to evaluate whether Focus Factor’s and Dynamic Brain’s ingredients are effective for boosting brainpower. Both supplements contain some great ingredients. However, whether their doses are effective, we cannot know.

On the other hand, they contain a mixture of great vitamins and minerals. They can be of great help to feel more energized and to improve overall vitality.

However, we would be more glad if manufacturers put equal effort into developing an effective and transparent nootropic formula. Overall, we expected a lot more.

Our Opinion on Ingredients in Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain

The lack of transparency makes us question the true brain benefits these products can provide. Manufacturers decided to put proprietary blends in order to hide the low doses of active ingredients. Therefore, we don’t think any of these supplements will drastically improve your cognitive functions, focus, or memory.

Now, we might have been a bit harsh at times, we get that. However, these aren’t terrible brain supplements by any means. Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain do contain a great mixture of vitamins and minerals. These can be of great help for boosting vitality, immunity, and energy.

However, if you are looking for benefits of better memory and focus, Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain probably won’t satisfy your needs. They are not as good as the current best-rated brain health supplements, and in our opinion, there are better options on the market.

Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain: Side Effects

Although they both should be safe for healthy adults, some minor side effects are possible. The fact that both the Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain contain a large number of ingredients, as a result of interactions between them, some minor issues are possible for more sensitive individuals.

Some ingredients are also known to cause side effects. For example, Huperzine-A, and DMAE Bitartrate may cause stomach upset, headaches, nausea, sweating.

Therefore, it’s always better to consult with your doctor before purchasing any supplements. Especially if you have a history of health issues.

Focus Factor vs Dynamic Brain: Customer Reviews

Focus Factor is somewhat better received than Dynamic Brain. On Amazon, it got an average rate of 4.2 out of 5, which is decent. On the other hand, Dynamic Brain got 4 out of 5, which is not too bad either.

As always, there are some negative reviews too. The most common complaint is that neither the Focus Factor nor Dynamic Brain was effective. Also, in terms of the value for money, a lot of people gave them mediocre scores.

Pricing & Availability

One month supply of Focus Factor sells for $39.99, with additional discounts for larger packages. On the other hand, the price of Dynamic Brain is around $53.99, which isn’t too cheap. Especially for the fact that Focus Factor contains larger doses of active ingredients, and for a much lower price.

Final Verdict

As far as the comparison between the Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain goes, the win goes to the Focus Factor. It is a lot cheaper and comes with higher doses of active ingredients. This makes it a better choice for your money.

But as far as the best nootropics go, we are not impressed with either one.

Although they contain some great vitamins and minerals, as nootropic supplements, both Focus Factor and Dynamic Brain lag behind the leading brands. The fact that all of the doses of active ingredients for brain power are hidden, speaks for itself. No serious supplement should come with proprietary blends.

All of these make us think there are far better options on the market today.
