The only scenario where we can see Lemon Balm helping you with focus is the following… if you suffer from overthinking or anxiety and find that it hampers your productivity. Lemon Balm can calm the overactive mind.

Gaia Nootropic Focus is decent for what it is supposed to do. Ginkgo and Saffron should be enough to give you a slight mental boost if you supplement every day.
The other two ingredients have no real use in a “focus” supplement.
So while Gaia Nootropic Focus does work to an extent, it could definitely be improved. Adding a proven focus enhancer like Pine Bark Extract would make Gaia Nootropic Focus more effective. You could go even further by adding CDP-Choline and Rhodiola Rosea, both of which are highly effective for improving brain performance.
There’s a reason why the very best nootropics on the market use many of these ingredients in combination to achieve the maximum effect naturally.
